Awadh, a princely state renowned for its ancient Indian heritage, captivates with the rich legacy of Nawabs and their opulent lifestyles, celebrated through its cuisine. We've rebranded from Awadh to Baazi. Explore more on our Baazi website.

Chef/Owner Gaurav Anand's journey began in Lucknow, where he discovered the vibrant Awadhi culinary tradition, mastering the art of Dum Pukht cooking over slow fire. Returning to New York, he pioneered traditional Awadhi cuisine, focusing on intricate kebabs, kormas, biryanis, and breads.

Now known as Baazi, we're dedicated to reviving forgotten recipes from across India, showcasing iconic dishes spanning from north to south.
